100 Days of Journal Prompts: Day 31

Each day, laptop and children permitting, I’ll share a prompt that’s been on my mind, and a few of my thoughts.

You are welcome to share your own perspective in the comments, or just journal it out!

What are some things that I do every day that I don’t often give myself credit for?

I don’t know about you, but sometimes goal setting is a fast track to self-doubt and negative self-talk.

Well, friends, today’s your day to give yourself some credit!

What things do you already do well? What are some things you do every day, even without the accolades? What is something hard you’ve made it through lately?

Celebrate those small wins, and let us celebrate you! Because, in case you need to hear it: you are amazing. You’re doing a great job.

❤ Jenny

    1. I applaud you! That is so hard. My current goal is no screen time until 3 ‘o clock. Then Dad gets home at 5 and we eat dinner. But I don’t always make it. I feel you about needing a break! Keep going you’re my superhero!
