100 Days of Journal Prompts: Day 32

Each day, laptop and children permitting, I’ll share a prompt that’s been on my mind, and a few of my thoughts.

You are welcome to share your own perspective in the comments, or just journal it out!

Am I harder on myself than on others? Does the way I talk to myself reflect the person I hope to become?

Test time! Did you follow through and cheer yourself on yesterday?

I know sometimes it’s uncomfortable to own our strengths. But there’s a difference between pride and being secure in who we are.

Remember: confidence = knowing and loving who you are. All of it. The messy and the brave. The broken and the survivor.

It’s okay to speak kindly to and about yourself. In fact, self-compassion is the catalyst for growth and progression.

“You catch more flies with honey” doesn’t just apply to everyone else.

❤ Jenny
