Maybe that question triggers some big feelings, and that’s okay! It’s our natural response to desire growth. But, remember, sustainable growth comes from a place of compassion.
So, be honest with yourself, but don’t be afraid to be kind to yourself either. You see what you look for.

I love that I walk my own path and don’t blindly follow the trends. It’s a very lonely existence sometimes, but it also feels good not to be just another face in the crowd.
