Each day, laptop and children permitting, Iβll share a prompt thatβs been on my mind, and a few of my thoughts.
You are welcome to share your own perspective in the comments, or just journal it out!
What good came with my hard this past year?
I can’t speak to your struggle, but I’m grateful for the good that comes with the hard.
May you find strength in adversity, peace among the chaos, and choose to love even when it hurts.
Best wishes to you and yours in 2021 π₯³.

COVID went through most of my family in the weeks after Thanksgiving, which wasn’t great, but because we all had it, we were able to get together for Christmas without concern. We had a wonderful time together.

That happened to us, too! We couldn’t celebrate Thanksgiving with my siblings and their kids, or our birthdays. It was so nice to be together for Christmas though. It made us appreciate time together even more. Thanks for sharing, Brandon!

There wasn’t much. But one thing that comes to mind (I don’t remember if I told you about this) was two interesting conversations I had (separately) with two minor celebrities, one on the phone and one by email, that wouldn’t have happened in a normal year. I think there would be a lot less anger and tension out there if people would look at those who are different from them with an open mind.

Amen. It’s easy to say and harder to do. But even though there’s an enemy out there, it isn’t one another! Congrats on those conversations, too π
