Each day, laptop and children permitting, Iβll share a prompt thatβs been on my mind, and a few of my thoughts.
You are welcome to share your own perspective in the comments, or just journal it out!
The best thing about living with me is…
It’s only fair after we bare our souls about our messiest habits to cheer ourselves on as well!
What is the absolute best thing about living with you?
I don’t know about absolute best, but I’ll share two.
First, growing up, my siblings and I always joked that we loved to “party” – which essentially just means watch a movie together and fall asleep on the couch. I still love to party in that sense π. The kids and I will pop popcorn, build a fort, and watch a movie often, and we all get pretty excited about it.
Second, because I never use makeup π¬, I can shower and get ready for the day in under ten minutes. There are a few exceptions (when I want to curl my hair or shave my legs), but I usually plan those times for low traffic moments.
Okay! Your turn!

I loved those partiesπ

My only roommates are my cats, so I’ll answer for them…
Zoe: “The best think about living with Brandon is that he’s always available for lap-sitting. Oh, and he makes sure our food dishes are always full.”
Zak: “What I like about living with Brandon is that he’s fun to play with. And because he gives me a nice warm place to stay. Going outside is scary!”

I don’t wear makeup either, only for special occasions. It seems too much effort and time and Iβm always short on both. People might say that Iβm a worrier so everything is always organised days in advance (my husband finds it annoying.. I call it a charming trait).

Okay I have that same thing! My husband is very laid back, but I start planning three months in advance. I’m with you, it’s a skill ππΌ

Where do I even start? πππ. I do try to view the glass as half full, so there will be encouragement and edifying for those who live with me

That is a wonderful gift, Brenda! It makes a difference spending your time around people who uplift and encourage. That’s why I love to read your blog, too.

Jenny, that get ready in under 10min has me cracking up because my wife also wears no make up and swears that that is one of her biggest blessings to me hahahaha.
I think the best thing about living with me is that I’m generally upbeat, optimistic and I don’t get upset easily. Yeah, so I figure I’m pretty fun and stress free lol
